Throttle Valve Delete Kit
Increase airflow and performance by replacing the power robbing Throttle Valve with the Throttle Valve Delete. The factory throttle valve that's bolted to the bottom of your intake elbow has a butterfly valve designed to work with your EGR system. This valve is no longer used, and keeping it in place causes turbulence, blocks airflow, and in some instances, the valve can even stick.

The Mini Maxx tuner and delete kit works on the below list of vehicles:

- 07.5-2012 Dodge 6.7L
- 03-07 Ford 6.0L
- 08-10 Ford 6.4L
- 11-16 Ford 6.7L*
- 10-14 GMC/Chevrolet 6.6L
*On the 2016 Ford you must have the original crankcase vent installed, otherwise it will show a CEL. It does not affect how the truck runs but the CEL will remain.
The Mini Maxx Tuner is the next gen diesel tuning solution from H&S. The Mini Maxx Tuner offers preloaded tunes that will delete all emission components of your diesel truck. When you install the Mini Maxx, you will be able to run your vehicle after a DPF delete. Simply put, once the DPF is deleted by an aftermarket exhaust system, the Mini Maxx tuner prevents any codes or check engine lights from triggering.
In addition, the Mini Maxx offers shift-on-the-fly tuning, an exclusive feature of H&S.
Equipped with a high resolution screen and responsive toggle controls, easily configure your Mini Maxx to your personal liking by displaying up to 4 metrics as once. These metrics include vital engine stats such as boost, exhaust gas temperature, transmission temperature, fuel rail pressure and much more. In fact, in most applications, you have over 20 parameters to choose from!
More importantly, the H&S Mini Maxx allows you to choose between 4 power levels. You may change these levels at any time, giving you the option to transform your truck back with the push of a button.
