CP3 Conversion Kit w/ Pump (Tuning Required)

S&S Diesel Motorsport, the world leader in common-rail diesel injection has developed a solution for CP4.2 high-pressure pump failures that have plagued the LML Duramax engine. The S&S solution is to remove the problem before it becomes a problem, by replacing the CP4.2 with a tried and true, bulletproof CP3 high pressure fuel pump.

CP4 high pressure pumps are the Achilles heel of the LML Duramax engine because of high failure rates, and commonly taking out the entire, very costly, high-pressure system with it (injectors, rails, lines).

Hats off to diesel lion. I purchased my 6.7 ford tuner approximately three weeks ago I received my tuner within three days of ordering, which was fantastic. Wasn’t expecting it for a week to a week and a half. when I received it, I opened up the box to see what came with it and noticed the gauge wasn’t in the box was planning to put it on the upcoming weekend was very disappointed at the time. I thought I was gonna have a heck of a time trying to get a hold of them and resolve the issue I first called them no answer then email them got an answer with an hour after hours. I sent them photos of what I received in the box and the person that have been talking to said he would send me one out, I thought well it’ll be another week or two before I received it. I got it within two days again very very happy with their response and concern they sent me a whole new unit very appreciative to diesel lion the way they handled it very very happy with them. Long story short if you need to order tuners or anything and need good service order from diesel lion they will take care of you. Thank you again diesel lion. Installation for exhaust was pretty straightforward. Internet connection is slow where I live, so download of the tune was pretty time consuming. Also had to take off my dashboard to access unlock location for ECU. On the upside, easily added 3mpg - sometimes a little better when taking it easy. Amazing to get almost 30mpg (sometimes low 30's) out of a 1/2 ton pickup truck.

The kit works great. The DPF and DEF deletion pipes fit perfectly. The EGR Kit had everything I needed and the RaceME Ultra was easy to install. The way the truck runs now is awesome, The horsepower and fuel mileage was exactly what I was looking for. The fuel mileage on my 2017 Dodge with the 6.7 cummins with from 15-16 MPG to 24-26 MPG on the highway and from 11-12 to 18-19 in town. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Everything I needed was in the kit I was very happy with Everything except the shift on the fly selector. I spent 2 hours installing it in a very inconspicuous location. After I installed it we could not get the proper voltage reading for it to work correctly with my truck. So now I have it still mounted in my truck but I had to unhook it so it was a $150 item that I won't be able to use. But everything else worked very well and I am pleased with the outcome of the installation. Thank you for your products. Will be purchasing more form your company in the future

Well let's just start this out by saying I have a 16 ram 6.7 and I ordered the ezlynk with the LION package shipping was very fast and everything was complete I deleted my rig it took a complete weekend because we had a little hiccup with the ezlynk not hooked to a technician but as soon as GDP opened the problem was completely fixed the five position switch was perfect and everything functions great the tip for the 5in exhaust is completely over the top but as a dump would look great I'm very pleased with the tunes just took my camper on a 80 mile journey and have ZERO complaints now the truck is a beast I highly suggest you go with DIESEL LION for the simple fact that it was very easy to install and use ...... on a side not I do also recommend headstuds!!!! Definitely worth it THANK YOU DIESELLION.COM for everything I will be sending business your way with all my friends

Product was not really compatible with the C/C as turbo is smaller so GDP will only give me 1 tune. I understand why but, I bought the 5 position switch was so I could adjust power as at times I do not tow and others 30k lbs. Other than that like the tune and GDP tech line was very, very helpful So can't use the 5 position switch but will keep until I install a larger turbo as per GDP. Thanks for the product and it really sounds like a truck now.

My feedback on Jeep Cherokee | Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel EGR DPF DEF Delete Kit: Very happy with the setup. Some issues I had was the exhaust hitting the transmission mount. The bend that it comes with was not enough so it rubs. It needed better instruction for the "Jeep" model EGR Delete. All I could find was for the Ram. The Ram is slightly different than mine is, routing back to firewall heater core hose, mine does not have that and I had to simply cap a line off. The upper had the holes drilled in wrong spots for my metal tube coolant input. I just cut your bracket and deadhead the input side from just the loose piece. Otherwise I am happy I do not have the crap egr,def,and the dpf is gone!!!

I'm really happy with the Ecodiesel delete kit, which comes with an ECM and transmission tune.,My first impressions are really positive.,I installed this kit last weekend and the results have been outstanding in terms of power and fuel efficiency.,My 2016 3.0L Ecodiesel was in bad shape, stuck in 'limp mode' due to an electronic throttle fault and a DPF that was completely full.,The dealer wanted to charge me over $3,000 to replace the DPF filter, but I decided to do the installation myself.,While it was a tough process, it was definitely worth the effort.,After completing the hardware installation, I cleared the engine codes and downloaded the ECM/transmission tunes.,I went for the 40hp tune, and I can really feel the difference - there's better throttle response and a 2mpg improvement on rural roads so far.,We'll have to wait and see about the long-term durability, but I'll definitely update if I run into any issues.,Overall, I'm really pleased with the product, the instructions, and the customer support.

Packages arrived and in good shape. When I had any questions someone would follow up with an answer. My RaceMe Ultra was easy to install and had no problem with the EGR delete kit. I did have a problem with my pipes due to the bend in the pipe that replaces the muffler. Only 2 ways I could put it. The bend up or down would not let me hook up my hanger mounts for support.

5 stars Fast shipping, quick response to my email, excellent products. Tune loaded quickly with no issues and shifting is smooth with the tow tune but I'm still experimenting. I needed a exhaust that wasn't to noisy and yours a worked perfectly and no leaks from the clamps. I did remove the 4 inches from section of straight pipe to fit my long bed crew cab but that seems to be the norm so the same pipe will fit the long bed mega cab. You were a word of mouth recommendation and I'm glad I remembered the name of your company. Thank you for helping me bring my truck back to life.
