DELETE EGR DPF DEF CUSTOM TUNING

  • This is custom tuning built on the dyno for your exact year of Powerstroke.

  • F250, F350, F450 & F550 Trucks.

Custom tune package includes

  • TCM TUNING (this can be added via the drop down menus)
  • Tuning is emailed to you with instructions.
  • Please follow installation instructions on installation page.
Eliminate the following components (if equipped) without setting any diagnostic trouble codes or checking engine light.
  • Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
  • Catalytic Converter (CAT)
  • Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)
  • Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)
  • Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)
  • Diagnostic Trouble Codes / Check Engine Light

SCT/BULLYDOG: X4, BDX, LIVEWIRE AND GTX
These tunes will prevent any emission related DTC's or check engine light from setting. However, if some other issue comes up you will still be alerted. DTC's can be checked / cleared.

Tunes take about 24 to 48 hours to receive and can only be gotten on business days. We do not take returns as these are custom tunes and are exempt from returns.

EGR kid was a breeze, for me at least. Everything I needed was in the kit. Only thing I want to say to help for future kits, is that the gasket for the intake neck/tube, it was bent and on the verge of tearing. I was able to reuse the original one on my truck since it is a very low mileage truck. Otherwise, thank you and hope I can find something on your website I can use!

Everything went well. Took me 4 hours to complete, solo. Only gripe I could have (which I don't) would be the lack of instructions for the bracket that bolts to the exhaust. Took me a while to figure that out as the instructions showed a different set up. Preciate the kit. Have recommended to other folks.

Kit was great so far 5" was very tight at the down pipe had to bend it on frame side. And had to weld up the clamps that hold exhaust together they were a little chincy other than that no complaints at all.

So I had a special case. I needed a tune for a 2008 C5500 Duramax. This is obviously a commercial truck. They were able to send me the handheld. My mechanic downloaded the parameters from the truck. He sent them off. I had a custom tune back in 2 days. The truck now runs great. Thanks to Dyno Diesels for a custom tune. When our government is doing everything they can to ruin diesels. Great kit. Truck runs great. I went from 16.2 highway mpg to 19.9 highway mpg. The kit did not substantially increase exhaust noise, the truck is still quiet for a diesel. I am very pleased. I can now go down to grand isle fishing and not have to worry about my truck saying in 50miles your truck will only go 50 mpg. What a relief!

My feedback on Jeep Cherokee | Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel EGR DPF DEF Delete Kit: Very happy with the setup. Some issues I had was the exhaust hitting the transmission mount. The bend that it comes with was not enough so it rubs. It needed better instruction for the "Jeep" model EGR Delete. All I could find was for the Ram. The Ram is slightly different than mine is, routing back to firewall heater core hose, mine does not have that and I had to simply cap a line off. The upper had the holes drilled in wrong spots for my metal tube coolant input. I just cut your bracket and deadhead the input side from just the loose piece. Otherwise I am happy I do not have the crap egr,def,and the dpf is gone!!!
