Awesome! Install wasn't too bad on 2017 Ecodiesel Ram 1500. Truck is much more responsive and should last longer now that I am no longer spewing carbon into my intake manifold.
Could have been better on shipping notifications on tracking numbers. I had to keep on the situation of my order by constantly emailing for tracking#'s but I finally got my products and I am very happy with the end result.

Installation for exhaust was pretty straightforward. Internet connection is slow where I live, so download of the tune was pretty time consuming. Also had to take off my dashboard to access unlock location for ECU. On the upside, easily added 3mpg - sometimes a little better when taking it easy. Amazing to get almost 30mpg (sometimes low 30's) out of a 1/2 ton pickup truck.
finally got it done. amazing power difference and I think the fuel economy will be better when I get through playing with it.

This product is really great. It has significantly improved the fuel mileage, going from 23 mpg to 28 mpg. On top of that, the engine now responds much more quickly when taking off.

My feedback on Jeep Cherokee | Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel EGR DPF DEF Delete Kit:
Very happy with the setup. Some issues I had was the exhaust hitting the transmission mount. The bend that it comes with was not enough so it rubs. It needed better instruction for the "Jeep" model EGR Delete. All I could find was for the Ram. The Ram is slightly different than mine is, routing back to firewall heater core hose, mine does not have that and I had to simply cap a line off. The upper had the holes drilled in wrong spots for my metal tube coolant input. I just cut your bracket and deadhead the input side from just the loose piece. Otherwise I am happy I do not have the crap egr,def,and the dpf is gone!!!
10/10. I had a little mishap with the EGR kit getting shipped but after a late-night email, that was responded to extremely quickly. Customer service top notch. Install quickly and easily. It is a great product and a great company.
I'm really happy with the Ecodiesel delete kit, which comes with an ECM and transmission tune.,My first impressions are really positive.,I installed this kit last weekend and the results have been outstanding in terms of power and fuel efficiency.,My 2016 3.0L Ecodiesel was in bad shape, stuck in 'limp mode' due to an electronic throttle fault and a DPF that was completely full.,The dealer wanted to charge me over $3,000 to replace the DPF filter, but I decided to do the installation myself.,While it was a tough process, it was definitely worth the effort.,After completing the hardware installation, I cleared the engine codes and downloaded the ECM/transmission tunes.,I went for the 40hp tune, and I can really feel the difference - there's better throttle response and a 2mpg improvement on rural roads so far.,We'll have to wait and see about the long-term durability, but I'll definitely update if I run into any issues.,Overall, I'm really pleased with the product, the instructions, and the customer support.

So far exactly what I want to achieve, smooth, no surging, trans is solid. The delay between the 3rd and 4th is a bit long. I was hoping for an earlier shift.
The product was exactly as pictured and was what was expected. The shipping was late and I paid $350 for overnight shipping and it ended up being two days and I still had to go pick it up from the shipper (FedEx).

Great kit. Truck runs great. I went from 16.2 highway mpg to 19.9 highway mpg. The kit did not substantially increase exhaust noise, the truck is still quiet for a diesel. I am very pleased. I can now go down to grand isle fishing and not have to worry about my truck saying in 50miles your truck will only go 50 mpg. What a relief!

So I had a special case. I needed a tune for a 2008 C5500 Duramax. This is obviously a commercial truck. They were able to send me the handheld. My mechanic downloaded the parameters from the truck. He sent them off. I had a custom tune back in 2 days. The truck now runs great. Thanks to Dyno Diesels for a custom tune. When our government is doing everything they can to ruin diesels. Dyno has your back.

The truck is running pretty good now thanks to your tunes and email help. I ran the 60hp tune for a few days then loaded the 100hp. Ran a tranny learn session out on the interstate immediately after the flash. Truck runs better on the 100hp than the 60hp tune in my opinion. No rolling coal, just a little "coal dust" when accelerating. The mileage is fantastic compared to what it was getting before the turbo replacement and tuning. It was 13-14 mpg before the swap. Now running the 100hp tune, I'm getting 21-22mpg. Unbelievable! On a fresh refuel, I reset the mpg display on the truck. The first 125 miles saw 22.5 mpg! After five days of mixed driving, it was still holding 21.8 mpg. Now, the big question is: How accurate or valid is the PCM calculation and display? Who care? Before it was reading 13-14 m mpg. Now it's showing 21.8 mpg. That makes me happy and that a good thing. I will run a manual calculation when I refuel again in a few days to cross check. Thanks again for your help and patience.

Everything I needed was in the kit I was very happy with Everything except the shift on the fly selector. I spent 2 hours installing it in a very inconspicuous location. After I installed it we could not get the proper voltage reading for it to work correctly with my truck. So now I have it still mounted in my truck but I had to unhook it so it was a $150 item that I won't be able to use. But everything else worked very well and I am pleased with the outcome of the installation. Thank you for your products. Will be purchasing more form your company in the future

5 stars Fast shipping, quick response to my email, excellent products. Tune loaded quickly with no issues and shifting is smooth with the tow tune but I'm still experimenting. I needed a exhaust that wasn't to noisy and yours a worked perfectly and no leaks from the clamps. I did remove the 4 inches from section of straight pipe to fit my long bed crew cab but that seems to be the norm so the same pipe will fit the long bed mega cab. You were a word of mouth recommendation and I'm glad I remembered the name of your company. Thank you for helping me bring my truck back to life.

Hats off to diesel lion. I purchased my 6.7 ford tuner approximately three weeks ago I received my tuner within three days of ordering, which was fantastic. Wasn’t expecting it for a week to a week and a half. when I received it, I opened up the box to see what came with it and noticed the gauge wasn’t in the box was planning to put it on the upcoming weekend was very disappointed at the time. I thought I was gonna have a heck of a time trying to get a hold of them and resolve the issue I first called them no answer then email them got an answer with an hour after hours. I sent them photos of what I received in the box and the person that have been talking to said he would send me one out, I thought well it’ll be another week or two before I received it. I got it within two days again very very happy with their response and concern they sent me a whole new unit very appreciative to diesel lion the way they handled it very very happy with them. Long story short if you need to order tuners or anything and need good service order from diesel lion they will take care of you. Thank you again diesel lion. EGR kid was a breeze, for me at least. Everything I needed was in the kit. Only thing I want to say to help for future kits, is that the gasket for the intake neck/tube, it was bent and on the verge of tearing. I was able to reuse the original one on my truck since it is a very low mileage truck. Otherwise, thank you and hope I can find something on your website I can use!
Exhaust came in on Tuesday. Well packaged and perfect box. Got the truck completely done today. Slow day at the shop so I got it all done. I want expecting that much power honestly. Everything went well. Took me 4 hours to complete, solo. Only gripe I could have (which I don't) would be the lack of instructions for the bracket that bolts to the exhaust. Took me a while to figure that out as the instructions showed a different set up. Preciate the kit. Have recommended to other folks.
