2018-2019 Ford 3.0L EGR Delete Kit

Factory cooler setups recirculate soot and harmful gasses through your engine causing build-up and clogs, resulting in loss of performance and proven mechanical issues. Our 2018-2019 Ford EGR delete kits remove those concerns from the equation. Keep in mind, tuning is required whenever you delete your EGR.

Features:

  • Completely remove your EGR valve & EGR cooler
  • Eliminates soot build up and clogged EGR valves
  • Lower coolant temperatures
  • Hot exhaust gasses not longer rerouted into intake
  • Improved exhaust flow allows turbocharger to spool faster, resulting in quicker throttle response
  • Engineered to recirculate engine coolant faster and more efficiently than stock EGR system
  • High quality components consist of billet aluminum construction, nickel plated steel flanges, stainless steel dipstick tube bracket, high temp silicone hoses, zinc coated hardware & precision O-rings.
  • Everything needed for a complete install is included. You only need basic tools.

My feedback on Jeep Cherokee | Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel EGR DPF DEF Delete Kit: Very happy with the setup. Some issues I had was the exhaust hitting the transmission mount. The bend that it comes with was not enough so it rubs. It needed better instruction for the "Jeep" model EGR Delete. All I could find was for the Ram. The Ram is slightly different than mine is, routing back to firewall heater core hose, mine does not have that and I had to simply cap a line off. The upper had the holes drilled in wrong spots for my metal tube coolant input. I just cut your bracket and deadhead the input side from just the loose piece. Otherwise I am happy I do not have the crap egr,def,and the dpf is gone!!!

Great kit. Truck runs great. I went from 16.2 highway mpg to 19.9 highway mpg. The kit did not substantially increase exhaust noise, the truck is still quiet for a diesel. I am very pleased. I can now go down to grand isle fishing and not have to worry about my truck saying in 50miles your truck will only go 50 mpg. What a relief!

Packages arrived and in good shape. When I had any questions someone would follow up with an answer. My RaceMe Ultra was easy to install and had no problem with the EGR delete kit. I did have a problem with my pipes due to the bend in the pipe that replaces the muffler. Only 2 ways I could put it. The bend up or down would not let me hook up my hanger mounts for support.

I was very nervous going into this, my boys kept telling me it will be fine. The Agent 3 device was such an easy install it was crazy. Hats off to diesel lion. I purchased my 6.7 ford tuner approximately three weeks ago I received my tuner within three days of ordering, which was fantastic. Wasn’t expecting it for a week to a week and a half. when I received it, I opened up the box to see what came with it and noticed the gauge wasn’t in the box was planning to put it on the upcoming weekend was very disappointed at the time. I thought I was gonna have a heck of a time trying to get a hold of them and resolve the issue I first called them no answer then email them got an answer with an hour after hours. I sent them photos of what I received in the box and the person that have been talking to said he would send me one out, I thought well it’ll be another week or two before I received it. I got it within two days again very very happy with their response and concern they sent me a whole new unit very appreciative to diesel lion the way they handled it very very happy with them. Long story short if you need to order tuners or anything and need good service order from diesel lion they will take care of you. Thank you again diesel lion. So I had a special case. I needed a tune for a 2008 C5500 Duramax. This is obviously a commercial truck. They were able to send me the handheld. My mechanic downloaded the parameters from the truck. He sent them off. I had a custom tune back in 2 days. The truck now runs great. Thanks to Dyno Diesels for a custom tune. When our government is doing everything they can to ruin diesels. Product was not really compatible with the C/C as turbo is smaller so GDP will only give me 1 tune. I understand why but, I bought the 5 position switch was so I could adjust power as at times I do not tow and others 30k lbs. Other than that like the tune and GDP tech line was very, very helpful So can't use the 5 position switch but will keep until I install a larger turbo as per GDP. Thanks for the product and it really sounds like a truck now.

The kit works great. The DPF and DEF deletion pipes fit perfectly. The EGR Kit had everything I needed and the RaceME Ultra was easy to install. The way the truck runs now is awesome, The horsepower and fuel mileage was exactly what I was looking for. The fuel mileage on my 2017 Dodge with the 6.7 cummins with from 15-16 MPG to 24-26 MPG on the highway and from 11-12 to 18-19 in town. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Everything I needed was in the kit I was very happy with Everything except the shift on the fly selector. I spent 2 hours installing it in a very inconspicuous location. After I installed it we could not get the proper voltage reading for it to work correctly with my truck. So now I have it still mounted in my truck but I had to unhook it so it was a $150 item that I won't be able to use. But everything else worked very well and I am pleased with the outcome of the installation. Thank you for your products. Will be purchasing more form your company in the future
