Exhaust Material - Available in aluminized steel or T-409 stainless steel. Aluminized steel is our most popular but will eventually accumulate surface rust. T-409 stainless steel. Unlike T-304 Stainless its still magnetic. So if your testing to see if you actually got stainless; beware that a magnet will still stick to it. We suggest the stainless upgrade if you regularly operate your truck on salted winter roads. Use drop down menu to make desired selection.

Installation - Install takes approx. 1hr with basic hand tools done on the ground of your driveway or garage. Quicker if you have automotive style lift. Cutting may be be required to fit shorter wheelbase bed/cab configurations. Clamps, hangers and hardware are included. You may have to re-use some factory hardware.

Everything went well. Took me 4 hours to complete, solo. Only gripe I could have (which I don't) would be the lack of instructions for the bracket that bolts to the exhaust. Took me a while to figure that out as the instructions showed a different set up. Preciate the kit. Have recommended to other folks.

Hats off to diesel lion. I purchased my 6.7 ford tuner approximately three weeks ago I received my tuner within three days of ordering, which was fantastic. Wasn’t expecting it for a week to a week and a half. when I received it, I opened up the box to see what came with it and noticed the gauge wasn’t in the box was planning to put it on the upcoming weekend was very disappointed at the time. I thought I was gonna have a heck of a time trying to get a hold of them and resolve the issue I first called them no answer then email them got an answer with an hour after hours. I sent them photos of what I received in the box and the person that have been talking to said he would send me one out, I thought well it’ll be another week or two before I received it. I got it within two days again very very happy with their response and concern they sent me a whole new unit very appreciative to diesel lion the way they handled it very very happy with them. Long story short if you need to order tuners or anything and need good service order from diesel lion they will take care of you. Thank you again diesel lion. My feedback on Jeep Cherokee | Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel EGR DPF DEF Delete Kit: Very happy with the setup. Some issues I had was the exhaust hitting the transmission mount. The bend that it comes with was not enough so it rubs. It needed better instruction for the "Jeep" model EGR Delete. All I could find was for the Ram. The Ram is slightly different than mine is, routing back to firewall heater core hose, mine does not have that and I had to simply cap a line off. The upper had the holes drilled in wrong spots for my metal tube coolant input. I just cut your bracket and deadhead the input side from just the loose piece. Otherwise I am happy I do not have the crap egr,def,and the dpf is gone!!!

I am more than happy with it. I have completed the DPF removal and straight pipen install. I have not removed the EGR. I can say that I have picked up more power and 3 more mpg towing. I have an 8k pound bumer pull camper. There is a little black smoke when I punch it; none if I drive "normal". My wife said it is louder, who asked her. I have been on the fence but your price and the extra $100 off, with free shipping was the factor. Thanks for the entire process from ordering to installation videos.

The kit works great. The DPF and DEF deletion pipes fit perfectly. The EGR Kit had everything I needed and the RaceME Ultra was easy to install. The way the truck runs now is awesome, The horsepower and fuel mileage was exactly what I was looking for. The fuel mileage on my 2017 Dodge with the 6.7 cummins with from 15-16 MPG to 24-26 MPG on the highway and from 11-12 to 18-19 in town. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you.

EGR kid was a breeze, for me at least. Everything I needed was in the kit. Only thing I want to say to help for future kits, is that the gasket for the intake neck/tube, it was bent and on the verge of tearing. I was able to reuse the original one on my truck since it is a very low mileage truck. Otherwise, thank you and hope I can find something on your website I can use!

Packages arrived and in good shape. When I had any questions someone would follow up with an answer. My RaceMe Ultra was easy to install and had no problem with the EGR delete kit. I did have a problem with my pipes due to the bend in the pipe that replaces the muffler. Only 2 ways I could put it. The bend up or down would not let me hook up my hanger mounts for support.

So I had a special case. I needed a tune for a 2008 C5500 Duramax. This is obviously a commercial truck. They were able to send me the handheld. My mechanic downloaded the parameters from the truck. He sent them off. I had a custom tune back in 2 days. The truck now runs great. Thanks to Dyno Diesels for a custom tune. When our government is doing everything they can to ruin diesels. Well let's just start this out by saying I have a 16 ram 6.7 and I ordered the ezlynk with the LION package shipping was very fast and everything was complete I deleted my rig it took a complete weekend because we had a little hiccup with the ezlynk not hooked to a technician but as soon as GDP opened the problem was completely fixed the five position switch was perfect and everything functions great the tip for the 5in exhaust is completely over the top but as a dump would look great I'm very pleased with the tunes just took my camper on a 80 mile journey and have ZERO complaints now the truck is a beast I highly suggest you go with DIESEL LION for the simple fact that it was very easy to install and use ...... on a side not I do also recommend headstuds!!!!
