3.0L GM "Baby" Duramax 3.0-liter LM2 EGR Delete Kit

Recently updated to include new gaskets and O-ring for the blocker plates and plug. The EGR plug is now aluminum.

3.0L Duramax EGR Delete Kit

Kit Includes:

  • High Quality 4 Ply Silicone Coolant Hose (1x) and Caps (2x)
  • Ground Cable (1x)
  • Blocker Plates for the EGR Valve and Cooler (2x)
  • Aluminum Intake Plug (1x)
  • EGR Gaskets (2x)

This kit allows the removal of the EGR cooler and valve, exhaust valve, and EGR Cooler Pipe.

This kit works on 2020 to 2022 Limited Sierra and Silverado 3.0L LM2 Duramax Trucks

EGR Cooler and Valve Removal: The LM2 3.0L Duramax EGR Delete Kit is engineered to eliminate the restrictive EGR cooler and valve, liberating your engine from the limitations imposed by recirculating exhaust gases. By removing these components, you enhance airflow and prevent the build-up of carbon deposits, leading to a cleaner and more efficient combustion process.

Exhaust Valve Elimination: Bid farewell to the exhaust valve, a component prone to carbon buildup and reduced functionality over time. With the LM2 EGR Delete Kit combined with the race pipe, you eradicate this potential source of engine inefficiency, promoting smoother operation and prolonging the life of critical engine components.

EGR Cooler Pipe Blockage: The kit includes a solution for blocking the EGR Cooler Pipe, preventing the unwanted recirculation of hot exhaust gases.

*Professional installation is strongly recommended, as essential engine bay components need removal for the OEM system extraction.

Great kit. Truck runs great. I went from 16.2 highway mpg to 19.9 highway mpg. The kit did not substantially increase exhaust noise, the truck is still quiet for a diesel. I am very pleased. I can now go down to grand isle fishing and not have to worry about my truck saying in 50miles your truck will only go 50 mpg. What a relief!

My feedback on Jeep Cherokee | Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel EGR DPF DEF Delete Kit: Very happy with the setup. Some issues I had was the exhaust hitting the transmission mount. The bend that it comes with was not enough so it rubs. It needed better instruction for the "Jeep" model EGR Delete. All I could find was for the Ram. The Ram is slightly different than mine is, routing back to firewall heater core hose, mine does not have that and I had to simply cap a line off. The upper had the holes drilled in wrong spots for my metal tube coolant input. I just cut your bracket and deadhead the input side from just the loose piece. Otherwise I am happy I do not have the crap egr,def,and the dpf is gone!!!

Kit was great so far 5" was very tight at the down pipe had to bend it on frame side. And had to weld up the clamps that hold exhaust together they were a little chincy other than that no complaints at all.

5 stars Fast shipping, quick response to my email, excellent products. Tune loaded quickly with no issues and shifting is smooth with the tow tune but I'm still experimenting. I needed a exhaust that wasn't to noisy and yours a worked perfectly and no leaks from the clamps. I did remove the 4 inches from section of straight pipe to fit my long bed crew cab but that seems to be the norm so the same pipe will fit the long bed mega cab. You were a word of mouth recommendation and I'm glad I remembered the name of your company. Thank you for helping me bring my truck back to life.

Well let's just start this out by saying I have a 16 ram 6.7 and I ordered the ezlynk with the LION package shipping was very fast and everything was complete I deleted my rig it took a complete weekend because we had a little hiccup with the ezlynk not hooked to a technician but as soon as GDP opened the problem was completely fixed the five position switch was perfect and everything functions great the tip for the 5in exhaust is completely over the top but as a dump would look great I'm very pleased with the tunes just took my camper on a 80 mile journey and have ZERO complaints now the truck is a beast I highly suggest you go with DIESEL LION for the simple fact that it was very easy to install and use ...... on a side not I do also recommend headstuds!!!! Definitely worth it THANK YOU DIESELLION.COM for everything I will be sending business your way with all my friends

I'm really happy with the Ecodiesel delete kit, which comes with an ECM and transmission tune.,My first impressions are really positive.,I installed this kit last weekend and the results have been outstanding in terms of power and fuel efficiency.,My 2016 3.0L Ecodiesel was in bad shape, stuck in 'limp mode' due to an electronic throttle fault and a DPF that was completely full.,The dealer wanted to charge me over $3,000 to replace the DPF filter, but I decided to do the installation myself.,While it was a tough process, it was definitely worth the effort.,After completing the hardware installation, I cleared the engine codes and downloaded the ECM/transmission tunes.,I went for the 40hp tune, and I can really feel the difference - there's better throttle response and a 2mpg improvement on rural roads so far.,We'll have to wait and see about the long-term durability, but I'll definitely update if I run into any issues.,Overall, I'm really pleased with the product, the instructions, and the customer support.

EGR kid was a breeze, for me at least. Everything I needed was in the kit. Only thing I want to say to help for future kits, is that the gasket for the intake neck/tube, it was bent and on the verge of tearing. I was able to reuse the original one on my truck since it is a very low mileage truck. Otherwise, thank you and hope I can find something on your website I can use!

Packages arrived and in good shape. When I had any questions someone would follow up with an answer. My RaceMe Ultra was easy to install and had no problem with the EGR delete kit. I did have a problem with my pipes due to the bend in the pipe that replaces the muffler. Only 2 ways I could put it. The bend up or down would not let me hook up my hanger mounts for support.

Product was not really compatible with the C/C as turbo is smaller so GDP will only give me 1 tune. I understand why but, I bought the 5 position switch was so I could adjust power as at times I do not tow and others 30k lbs. Other than that like the tune and GDP tech line was very, very helpful So can't use the 5 position switch but will keep until I install a larger turbo as per GDP. Thanks for the product and it really sounds like a truck now.

The kit works great. The DPF and DEF deletion pipes fit perfectly. The EGR Kit had everything I needed and the RaceME Ultra was easy to install. The way the truck runs now is awesome, The horsepower and fuel mileage was exactly what I was looking for. Hats off to diesel lion. I purchased my 6.7 ford tuner approximately three weeks ago I received my tuner within three days of ordering, which was fantastic. Wasn’t expecting it for a week to a week and a half. when I received it, I opened up the box to see what came with it and noticed the gauge wasn’t in the box was planning to put it on the upcoming weekend was very disappointed at the time. I thought I was gonna have a heck of a time trying to get a hold of them and resolve the issue I first called them no answer then email them got an answer with an hour after hours. I sent them photos of what I received in the box and the person that have been talking to said he would send me one out, I thought well it’ll be another week or two before I received it. I got it within two days again very very happy with their response and concern they sent me a whole new unit very appreciative to diesel lion the way they handled it very very happy with them. Long story short if you need to order tuners or anything and need good service order from diesel lion they will take care of you. Thank you again diesel lion. So I had a special case. I needed a tune for a 2008 C5500 Duramax. This is obviously a commercial truck. They were able to send me the handheld. My mechanic downloaded the parameters from the truck. He sent them off. I had a custom tune back in 2 days. The truck now runs great. Thanks to Dyno Diesels for a custom tune. When our government is doing everything they can to ruin diesels. Dyno has your back.
