Product Description

We are proud to offer Black Bandit's Iron Loader delete-tuner for 2013+ 2.1L & 3.0L Mercedes Sprinter vans that does not require removing your PCM and mailing it out.

INCLUDES FLOPRO DPF/DEF RACE PIPE (2010-2018 ALL OTHER YEARS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO MODIFY PIPE OT FIT)

To run a RACE tune all of the EGR/DPF/SCR/Adblue sensors must be unplugged and the Adblue/SCR PCM removed from the vehicle.

By purchasing this product you are purchasing an Iron Loader unit that you will use to interface with your diesel Sprinter. You will be able to download the stock PCM data and send it to us for modification. We will send you the modified tune files within 3 business days of receiving your factory tune file.

Tune Options

  • Economy: All stock emissions components removed. Stock power level desired
  • EcoPower: All stock emissions components removed. +40HP, engine calibration and tailored towards economical gains in fuel mileage, stock reliability retained.
  • Race: All stock emissions components removed. +50hp engine calibration and tailored towards racing use of the vehicle while retaining safety limitations to aid in reliability. Some extra smoke from the exhaust.

*Before ordering, you will need to check your PCM part number and verify that it is one of the following:
Bosch EDC15C6
Bosch EDC16C2
Bosch EDC16CP31
Bosch EDC17CP46
Bosch EDC17CP57
If you have a part number that is not on this list, do not order this tuner, please email us the part number of your PCM so we can verify compatibility.

*We cannot tune over an existing tune, if your PCM was previously tuned it will need to be reverted back to stock before a new tune can be used.*

**DO NOT install the modified ECU with the Adblue module still plugged in or you will have error messages that cannot be removed**

Before tuning your ECM with the modified files take note of any maintenance or engine lights on the dash. You should have no errors before flashing the ECM. If you have DEF/DPF countdown issues prior to tuning, those should be cleared. Since those are transmitted by the SCR module it will stay in the cluster and an ECU tune, unfortunately, does not typically clear those codes. Be sure your codes are all cleared before you tune the ECM. You will not be able to clear them after.

The truck is running pretty good now thanks to your tunes and email help. I ran the 60hp tune for a few days then loaded the 100hp. Ran a tranny learn session out on the interstate immediately after the flash. Truck runs better on the 100hp than the 60hp tune in my opinion. No rolling coal, just a little "coal dust" when accelerating. The mileage is fantastic compared to what it was getting before the turbo replacement and tuning. It was 13-14 mpg before the swap. Now running the 100hp tune, I'm getting 21-22mpg. Unbelievable! On a fresh refuel, I reset the mpg display on the truck. The first 125 miles saw 22.5 mpg! After five days of mixed driving, it was still holding 21.8 mpg. Now, the big question is: How accurate or valid is the PCM calculation and display? Who care? Before it was reading 13-14 m mpg. Now it's showing 21.8 mpg. That makes me happy and that a good thing. I will run a manual calculation when I refuel again in a few days to cross check. Thanks again for your help and patience.

My feedback on Jeep Cherokee | Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel EGR DPF DEF Delete Kit: Very happy with the setup. Some issues I had was the exhaust hitting the transmission mount. The bend that it comes with was not enough so it rubs. It needed better instruction for the "Jeep" model EGR Delete. All I could find was for the Ram. The Ram is slightly different than mine is, routing back to firewall heater core hose, mine does not have that and I had to simply cap a line off. The upper had the holes drilled in wrong spots for my metal tube coolant input. I just cut your bracket and deadhead the input side from just the loose piece. Otherwise I am happy I do not have the crap egr,def,and the dpf is gone!!!

So I had a special case. I needed a tune for a 2008 C5500 Duramax. This is obviously a commercial truck. They were able to send me the handheld. My mechanic downloaded the parameters from the truck. He sent them off. I had a custom tune back in 2 days. The truck now runs great. Thanks to Dyno Diesels for a custom tune. When our government is doing everything they can to ruin diesels. Dyno has your back.

I'm really happy with the Ecodiesel delete kit, which comes with an ECM and transmission tune.,My first impressions are really positive.,I installed this kit last weekend and the results have been outstanding in terms of power and fuel efficiency.,My 2016 3.0L Ecodiesel was in bad shape, stuck in 'limp mode' due to an electronic throttle fault and a DPF that was completely full.,The dealer wanted to charge me over $3,000 to replace the DPF filter, but I decided to do the installation myself.,While it was a tough process, it was definitely worth the effort.,After completing the hardware installation, I cleared the engine codes and downloaded the ECM/transmission tunes.,I went for the 40hp tune, and I can really feel the difference - there's better throttle response and a 2mpg improvement on rural roads so far.,We'll have to wait and see about the long-term durability, but I'll definitely update if I run into any issues.,Overall, I'm really pleased with the product, the instructions, and the customer support.

Product was not really compatible with the C/C as turbo is smaller so GDP will only give me 1 tune. I understand why but, I bought the 5 position switch was so I could adjust power as at times I do not tow and others 30k lbs. Other than that like the tune and GDP tech line was very, very helpful So can't use the 5 position switch but will keep until I install a larger turbo as per GDP. 5 stars Fast shipping, quick response to my email, excellent products. Tune loaded quickly with no issues and shifting is smooth with the tow tune but I'm still experimenting. I needed a exhaust that wasn't to noisy and yours a worked perfectly and no leaks from the clamps. I did remove the 4 inches from section of straight pipe to fit my long bed crew cab but that seems to be the norm so the same pipe will fit the long bed mega cab. Great kit. Truck runs great. I went from 16.2 highway mpg to 19.9 highway mpg. The kit did not substantially increase exhaust noise, the truck is still quiet for a diesel. I am very pleased. I can now go down to grand isle fishing and not have to worry about my truck saying in 50miles your truck will only go 50 mpg. What a relief!

Everything I needed was in the kit I was very happy with Everything except the shift on the fly selector. I spent 2 hours installing it in a very inconspicuous location. After I installed it we could not get the proper voltage reading for it to work correctly with my truck. So now I have it still mounted in my truck but I had to unhook it so it was a $150 item that I won't be able to use. But everything else worked very well and I am pleased with the outcome of the installation. Thank you for your products. Will be purchasing more form your company in the future
