Description

Constructed out of T409 Stainless, this exhaust system is designed to simplify installation with included clamps, preweld contour bends and improved flanges. Enjoy a noticeable boost in performance, lowered EGTs and amplified air flow with this FLOPRO system. For powerhouse performance, Mel's delivers - horsepower you can hear!

EGR kid was a breeze, for me at least. Everything I needed was in the kit. Only thing I want to say to help for future kits, is that the gasket for the intake neck/tube, it was bent and on the verge of tearing. I was able to reuse the original one on my truck since it is a very low mileage truck. Otherwise, thank you and hope I can find something on your website I can use!

Installation for exhaust was pretty straightforward. Internet connection is slow where I live, so download of the tune was pretty time consuming. Also had to take off my dashboard to access unlock location for ECU. On the upside, easily added 3mpg - sometimes a little better when taking it easy. Amazing to get almost 30mpg (sometimes low 30's) out of a 1/2 ton pickup truck.

Kit was great so far 5" was very tight at the down pipe had to bend it on frame side. And had to weld up the clamps that hold exhaust together they were a little chincy other than that no complaints at all.

So I had a special case. I needed a tune for a 2008 C5500 Duramax. This is obviously a commercial truck. They were able to send me the handheld. My mechanic downloaded the parameters from the truck. He sent them off. I had a custom tune back in 2 days. The truck now runs great. Thanks to Dyno Diesels for a custom tune. When our government is doing everything they can to ruin diesels. Dyno has your back.

The kit works great. The DPF and DEF deletion pipes fit perfectly. The EGR Kit had everything I needed and the RaceME Ultra was easy to install. The way the truck runs now is awesome, The horsepower and fuel mileage was exactly what I was looking for. Well let's just start this out by saying I have a 16 ram 6.7 and I ordered the ezlynk with the LION package shipping was very fast and everything was complete I deleted my rig it took a complete weekend because we had a little hiccup with the ezlynk not hooked to a technician but as soon as GDP opened the problem was completely fixed the five position switch was perfect and everything functions great the tip for the 5in exhaust is completely over the top but as a dump would look great I'm very pleased with the tunes just took my camper on a 80 mile journey and have ZERO complaints now the truck is a beast I highly suggest you go with DIESEL LION for the simple fact that it was very easy to install and use ...... on a side not I do also recommend headstuds!!!! Definitely worth it THANK YOU DIESELLION.COM for everything I will be sending business your way with all my friends

Everything I needed was in the kit I was very happy with Everything except the shift on the fly selector. I spent 2 hours installing it in a very inconspicuous location. After I installed it we could not get the proper voltage reading for it to work correctly with my truck. So now I have it still mounted in my truck but I had to unhook it so it was a $150 item that I won't be able to use. But everything else worked very well and I am pleased with the outcome of the installation. Thank you for your products. Will be purchasing more form your company in the future

Great kit. Truck runs great. I went from 16.2 highway mpg to 19.9 highway mpg. The kit did not substantially increase exhaust noise, the truck is still quiet for a diesel. I am very pleased. I can now go down to grand isle fishing and not have to worry about my truck saying in 50miles your truck will only go 50 mpg. What a relief!
