Constructed out of 16 gauge aluminized steel or T409 Stainless, this exhaust system is designed to simplify installation with included clamps, preweld contour bends and improved flanges. Hats off to diesel lion. I purchased my 6.7 ford tuner approximately three weeks ago I received my tuner within three days of ordering, which was fantastic. Wasn’t expecting it for a week to a week and a half. when I received it, I opened up the box to see what came with it and noticed the gauge wasn’t in the box was planning to put it on the upcoming weekend was very disappointed at the time. I thought I was gonna have a heck of a time trying to get a hold of them and resolve the issue I first called them no answer then email them got an answer with an hour after hours. I sent them photos of what I received in the box and the person that have been talking to said he would send me one out, I thought well it’ll be another week or two before I received it. I got it within two days again very very happy with their response and concern they sent me a whole new unit very appreciative to diesel lion the way they handled it very very happy with them. Long story short if you need to order tuners or anything and need good service order from diesel lion they will take care of you. Thank you again diesel lion. The truck is running pretty good now thanks to your tunes and email help. I ran the 60hp tune for a few days then loaded the 100hp. Ran a tranny learn session out on the interstate immediately after the flash. Truck runs better on the 100hp than the 60hp tune in my opinion. No rolling coal, just a little "coal dust" when accelerating. The mileage is fantastic compared to what it was getting before the turbo replacement and tuning. It was 13-14 mpg before the swap. Now running the 100hp tune, I'm getting 21-22mpg. Unbelievable! On a fresh refuel, I reset the mpg display on the truck. The first 125 miles saw 22.5 mpg! After five days of mixed driving, it was still holding 21.8 mpg. Now, the big question is: How accurate or valid is the PCM calculation and display? Who care? Before it was reading 13-14 m mpg. Now it's showing 21.8 mpg. That makes me happy and that a good thing. I will run a manual calculation when I refuel again in a few days to cross check. Thanks again for your help and patience.

Installation for exhaust was pretty straightforward. Internet connection is slow where I live, so download of the tune was pretty time consuming. Also had to take off my dashboard to access unlock location for ECU. On the upside, easily added 3mpg - sometimes a little better when taking it easy. Amazing to get almost 30mpg (sometimes low 30's) out of a 1/2 ton pickup truck.

The kit works great. The DPF and DEF deletion pipes fit perfectly. The EGR Kit had everything I needed and the RaceME Ultra was easy to install. The way the truck runs now is awesome, The horsepower and fuel mileage was exactly what I was looking for. The fuel mileage on my 2017 Dodge with the 6.7 cummins with from 15-16 MPG to 24-26 MPG on the highway and from 11-12 to 18-19 in town. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Product was not really compatible with the C/C as turbo is smaller so GDP will only give me 1 tune. I understand why but, I bought the 5 position switch was so I could adjust power as at times I do not tow and others 30k lbs. Other than that like the tune and GDP tech line was very, very helpful So can't use the 5 position switch but will keep until I install a larger turbo as per GDP. Thanks for the product and it really sounds like a truck now.

Packages arrived and in good shape. When I had any questions someone would follow up with an answer. My RaceMe Ultra was easy to install and had no problem with the EGR delete kit. I did have a problem with my pipes due to the bend in the pipe that replaces the muffler. Only 2 ways I could put it. The bend up or down would not let me hook up my hanger mounts for support.
