So I had a special case. I needed a tune for a 2008 C5500 Duramax. This is obviously a commercial truck. They were able to send me the handheld. My mechanic downloaded the parameters from the truck. He sent them off. I had a custom tune back in 2 days. The truck now runs great. Thanks to Dyno Diesels for a custom tune. When our government is doing everything they can to ruin diesels. Dyno has your back.
John, I'm a big thumbs up on your team overall. Very pleased with the level of support prior to, during, and after the changes I made. The number one differentiator between your team and others is the ability to pretty quickly get a live person on the phone and if needed for them to remote into the laptop connected to the vehicle. Hats off to diesel lion. I purchased my 6.7 ford tuner approximately three weeks ago I received my tuner within three days of ordering, which was fantastic. Wasn’t expecting it for a week to a week and a half. when I received it, I opened up the box to see what came with it and noticed the gauge wasn’t in the box was planning to put it on the upcoming weekend was very disappointed at the time. I thought I was gonna have a heck of a time trying to get a hold of them and resolve the issue I first called them no answer then email them got an answer with an hour after hours. I sent them photos of what I received in the box and the person that have been talking to said he would send me one out, I thought well it’ll be another week or two before I received it. I got it within two days again very very happy with their response and concern they sent me a whole new unit very appreciative to diesel lion the way they handled it very very happy with them. Long story short if you need to order tuners or anything and need good service order from diesel lion they will take care of you. Thank you again diesel lion. If there’s anything else I need I will definitely order through them. Thanks again Cardel Howell.

Product was not really compatible with the C/C as turbo is smaller so GDP will only give me 1 tune. I understand why but, I bought the 5 position switch was so I could adjust power as at times I do not tow and others 30k lbs. Other than that like the tune and GDP tech line was very, very helpful So can't use the 5 position switch but will keep until I install a larger turbo as per GDP. Thanks for the product and it really sounds like a truck now.

Wow what a difference should have installed a raceme ultra years ago. Truck runs great
Installation for exhaust was pretty straightforward. Internet connection is slow where I live, so download of the tune was pretty time consuming. Also had to take off my dashboard to access unlock location for ECU. On the upside, easily added 3mpg - sometimes a little better when taking it easy. Amazing to get almost 30mpg (sometimes low 30's) out of a 1/2 ton pickup truck.

Exhaust came in on Tuesday. Well packaged and perfect box. Got the truck completely done today. Slow day at the shop so I got it all done. I want expecting that much power honestly. What a difference. Already 3.5mpg better. Truck is a monster now. Shocked really. Sounds sick too!!!! Thank you guys for the product, communication. Perfect. It's like a new truck.

So far exactly what I want to achieve, smooth, no surging, trans is solid. The delay between the 3rd and 4th is a bit long. I was hoping for an earlier shift.

5 stars Fast shipping, quick response to my email, excellent products. Tune loaded quickly with no issues and shifting is smooth with the tow tune but I'm still experimenting. I needed a exhaust that wasn't to noisy and yours a worked perfectly and no leaks from the clamps. I did remove the 4 inches from section of straight pipe to fit my long bed crew cab but that seems to be the norm so the same pipe will fit the long bed mega cab. You were a word of mouth recommendation and I'm glad I remembered the name of your company. Thank you for helping me bring my truck back to life.
