Stage 1: The Cub

Entry-Level 6.4L PowerStroke Delete Kit

The Cub provides the core components required for a straightforward 6.4L Power Stroke tuning and exhaust configuration without additional intake or complete exhaust upgrades.

This package includes the EZ LYNK tuner, four weeks of tuning access, an EGR unplug and T409 stainless-steel DPF delete pipes.

Stage 1 is designed for customers who want the essential components while keeping the remaining exhaust system in place.

Stage 2: The Young Lion

The Young Lion upgrades the basic DPF delete pipes to a complete 5-inch T409 stainless-steel exhaust system.

This package combines EZ LYNK tuning, an EGR delete kit, a complete 5-inch exhaust and a stainless-steel exhaust tip. It provides a balanced combination of value, exhaust flow, diesel sound and performance potential.

Stage 3: The King of the Jungle

Ultimate 6.4L PowerStroke Delete and Performance Kit

The King of the Jungle is the most comprehensive package offered for supported 2008–2010 Ford 6.4L PowerStroke trucks.

Stage 3 upgrades the package to Lifetime Tuning Access and includes a complete 5-inch exhaust system, muffler, black or chrome exhaust tip, SOTF and S&B cold-air intake.

This package is designed for customers who want the tuning, EGR components, exhaust and intake upgrades combined into one complete order.

4-Week EZ LYNK Tuning Access

Stage 1 and Stage 2 include a 4-Week Lynk Tuning Package.

The four-week package provides access to compatible tuning for the linked vehicle for four weeks. It is intended for customers who need a primary tune installed and do not require indefinite access to future files.

Important 4-Week Access Information

• Compatible tune access remains active for four weeks

• The selected tune can be installed during the active period
  

• The tune installed in the truck remains installed after access expires

• The vehicle does not automatically return to stock after four weeks

• Access to additional files and future revisions ends when the support period expires

The four-week package is generally appropriate for a mechanically stock or lightly modified truck that will remain in the same configuration.

Lifetime EZ LYNK Tuning Access

Stage 3 includes Lifetime Tuning Access for the linked vehicle.

Lifetime access provides continued availability of compatible tune files and future compatible updates.

Exhaust Fitment Notice

Flashing Requirements

Maintain stable battery voltage whenever programming the truck.

Use a regulated battery charger or programming power supply during the flashing process. Low or unstable voltage can interrupt module programming and cause:

• PCM communication faults

• Recovery-file requirements

• No-start conditions

• Corrupted programming sessions

Before flashing:

• Turn off the headlights

• Turn off the climate-control system

• Turn off heated or cooled seats

• Turn off the radio

• Confirm both batteries are fully charged

• Maintain stable voltage throughout the flash
