What makes this EGR delete kit for the 2009-2024 RAM 6.7 Cummins better than the Chinese Online special?

We use quality 6061-grade aluminum and stainless steel, and continuous engineering improvements to ensure this kit fits, seals and lasts on your engine.

We use a silicone hose to reroute hot coolant from the back of the cylinder head into the cold side of the coolant system. This helps keep #5 and #6 cylinders cooler as they are prone to issues because they always run the hottest.

This kit prevents any premature EGR failures from causing damage to your engine. The EGR can fail by cracking and pushing the coolant into your exhaust and intake, or the valve can fail and cause exhaust gas to be constantly being pushed back into your engine. Both of these scenarios cause their own list of run-ability issues. 

Our kits are designed and assembled in-house. There is a big difference in quality between Genuine Hard parts and the low quality knock-offs.

I am more than happy with it. I have completed the DPF removal and straight pipen install. I have not removed the EGR. I can say that I have picked up more power and 3 more mpg towing. I have an 8k pound bumer pull camper. There is a little black smoke when I punch it; none if I drive "normal". My wife said it is louder, who asked her. I have been on the fence but your price and the extra $100 off, with free shipping was the factor. Thanks for the entire process from ordering to installation videos.

Hats off to diesel lion. I purchased my 6.7 ford tuner approximately three weeks ago I received my tuner within three days of ordering, which was fantastic. Wasn’t expecting it for a week to a week and a half. when I received it, I opened up the box to see what came with it and noticed the gauge wasn’t in the box was planning to put it on the upcoming weekend was very disappointed at the time. I thought I was gonna have a heck of a time trying to get a hold of them and resolve the issue I first called them no answer then email them got an answer with an hour after hours. I sent them photos of what I received in the box and the person that have been talking to said he would send me one out, I thought well it’ll be another week or two before I received it. I got it within two days again very very happy with their response and concern they sent me a whole new unit very appreciative to diesel lion the way they handled it very very happy with them. Long story short if you need to order tuners or anything and need good service order from diesel lion they will take care of you. Thank you again diesel lion. The kit works great. The DPF and DEF deletion pipes fit perfectly. The EGR Kit had everything I needed and the RaceME Ultra was easy to install. The way the truck runs now is awesome, The horsepower and fuel mileage was exactly what I was looking for. Great kit. Truck runs great. I went from 16.2 highway mpg to 19.9 highway mpg. The kit did not substantially increase exhaust noise, the truck is still quiet for a diesel. I am very pleased. I can now go down to grand isle fishing and not have to worry about my truck saying in 50miles your truck will only go 50 mpg. What a relief!

Installation for exhaust was pretty straightforward. Internet connection is slow where I live, so download of the tune was pretty time consuming. Also had to take off my dashboard to access unlock location for ECU. On the upside, easily added 3mpg - sometimes a little better when taking it easy. Amazing to get almost 30mpg (sometimes low 30's) out of a 1/2 ton pickup truck.

The truck is running pretty good now thanks to your tunes and email help. I ran the 60hp tune for a few days then loaded the 100hp. Ran a tranny learn session out on the interstate immediately after the flash. Truck runs better on the 100hp than the 60hp tune in my opinion. No rolling coal, just a little "coal dust" when accelerating. The mileage is fantastic compared to what it was getting before the turbo replacement and tuning. It was 13-14 mpg before the swap. Now running the 100hp tune, I'm getting 21-22mpg. Unbelievable! On a fresh refuel, I reset the mpg display on the truck. The first 125 miles saw 22.5 mpg! After five days of mixed driving, it was still holding 21.8 mpg. Now, the big question is: How accurate or valid is the PCM calculation and display? Who care? Before it was reading 13-14 m mpg. Now it's showing 21.8 mpg. That makes me happy and that a good thing. I will run a manual calculation when I refuel again in a few days to cross check. Thanks again for your help and patience.

I'm really happy with the Ecodiesel delete kit, which comes with an ECM and transmission tune.,My first impressions are really positive.,I installed this kit last weekend and the results have been outstanding in terms of power and fuel efficiency.,My 2016 3.0L Ecodiesel was in bad shape, stuck in 'limp mode' due to an electronic throttle fault and a DPF that was completely full.,The dealer wanted to charge me over $3,000 to replace the DPF filter, but I decided to do the installation myself.,While it was a tough process, it was definitely worth the effort.,After completing the hardware installation, I cleared the engine codes and downloaded the ECM/transmission tunes.,I went for the 40hp tune, and I can really feel the difference - there's better throttle response and a 2mpg improvement on rural roads so far.,We'll have to wait and see about the long-term durability, but I'll definitely update if I run into any issues.,Overall, I'm really pleased with the product, the instructions, and the customer support.

My feedback on Jeep Cherokee | Ram 1500 3.0L Eco Diesel EGR DPF DEF Delete Kit: Very happy with the setup. Some issues I had was the exhaust hitting the transmission mount. The bend that it comes with was not enough so it rubs. It needed better instruction for the "Jeep" model EGR Delete. All I could find was for the Ram. The Ram is slightly different than mine is, routing back to firewall heater core hose, mine does not have that and I had to simply cap a line off. The upper had the holes drilled in wrong spots for my metal tube coolant input. I just cut your bracket and deadhead the input side from just the loose piece. Otherwise I am happy I do not have the crap egr,def,and the dpf is gone!!!

Product was not really compatible with the C/C as turbo is smaller so GDP will only give me 1 tune. I understand why but, I bought the 5 position switch was so I could adjust power as at times I do not tow and others 30k lbs. Other than that like the tune and GDP tech line was very, very helpful So can't use the 5 position switch but will keep until I install a larger turbo as per GDP. Thanks for the product and it really sounds like a truck now.

So I had a special case. I needed a tune for a 2008 C5500 Duramax. This is obviously a commercial truck. They were able to send me the handheld. My mechanic downloaded the parameters from the truck. He sent them off. I had a custom tune back in 2 days. The truck now runs great. Thanks to Dyno Diesels for a custom tune. When our government is doing everything they can to ruin diesels. Dyno has your back.
